Elie Saab Haute Couture Fall 2011

Raskošne, lepršave, lagane, fairy princess haljine sa mnogo sljokica, na koga vas to asocira? Elie Saab, a ko drugi :) Još jedna lepa kolekcija u njegovom stilu je pred nama:

Chanel Haute Couture Fall 2011

Chanel je neizostavan deo Haute Couture nedelje mode, pa ću ga stoga i ovde pomenuti, mada očekujem ogromnu količinu modnog hejta od strane Chanel ljubitelja, pošto mene ovaj brend nikada nije preterano oduševio. :)

Karl Lagerfeld, ekscentričan kao i obično, ovog puta je svoje modele prošetao pod neonskim svetlima i mesečinom, iako je običaj da Haute Couture revije počinju najkasnije u 17h. Ali ne bi Karl bio Karl da nije bilo po njegovom. Ambijent je bio savršen, ali su slike ipak ispale za nijansu lošije zbog njega. Pogledajmo zajedno kako izgleda nova Chanel kolekcija:

Chanel is an integral part of the Haute Couture fashion week, so I will therefore mention it here, although I expect a huge amount of fashion disapproval by Chanel lovers, since this brand had never overly impressed me. :)

Karl Lagerfeld, eccentric as usual, this time had his models walking under neon lights and moonlight, though Haute Couture fashion shows usually begin before 17h. But Karl wouldn't be Karl without doing something like this. The ambiance was perfect, but the pictures are a bit worse then usual because of it. Let's take a look at new Chanel collection:

Armani Prive Haute Couture Fall 2011

Giorgio Armani, jedan od onih ljudi koji je stekao luksuz da može da iskreira bilo šta, a svet će u svakom slučaju govoriti kako je to fenomenalno :) Međutim ja ne robujem takvim stavovima, tako da, hajde da pogledamo ovu reviju zajedno iz nekog drugog ugla:

Christian Dior Haute Couture Fall 2011

Kada nasledite nekog tako ogromnog u svetu mode kao sto je John Galliano, ne možete pobeći od toga da se od vas očekuju isto tako ogromna dela. Pitam se da li je Bill Gaytten bio više uplašen ili srećan kada je otkrio da će on od sada biti glavni odgovorni za revije u Dioru. Haute couture modna revija kuće Christian Dior koja je juče prikazana u Parizu je prva u nizu godina posle čijeg prikazivanja nije išetao John Galliano u nekom od svojih ekscentričnih kostima. A sad da pogledamo koliko je Bill Gaytten dorastao zadatku:

When you inherit a huge man in the fashion world such as John Galliano, you can not escape the fact that people expect huge things form you too. I wonder if Bill Gaytten was more scared or happy when he discovered that he would now be the main responsible for the Dior collections. Haute couture Christian Dior fashion show that was shown yesterday in Paris was the first in many years, after which John Galliano didn't come out wearing one of his eccentric costumes. Now let's take a look at if Bill Gaytten was up to the task:
